Built on an extremely tight and steep site, this project is unique in that two distinct brands have been designed to exist under one roof. Configured in an "L" shaped plan, one leg is dedicated to suites while the other is dedicated to economy rooms both sharing public and supports spaces. Construction is steel frame with pre-cast concrete plank floor system.
