This existing 10 story urban hotel underwent a complete phased renovation which included a lobby and canopy addition. With the vision of becoming a boutique hotel, the owners of this independent brand wanted a unique and hip image unlike any franchise standards. The project features a much enhanced street presence a striking 2-story lobby with whimsical furnishings and classically appointed spacious studio suites.
