Situated in a transitional area of downtown Washington, this 8-story concrete frame building was built in the mid-1950's as a mid range rental apartment in the modern style, by reorganizing all fo apartment layouts into guestrooms, the structure was redesigned as a limited service hotel with a restaurant and lower level garage.
