This 4-story business hotel was an integral part of the new Dulles Town Center shopping mall development. The standard hotel prototype was extensively upgraded with rich materials on the exterior and throught the interior spaces. A light-gage steel frame structure with concrete floor decks was utilized for superior sound control and permanency.
