Anwar Iqbal AIA, a principal in the firm since 1995, has a strong background in the hotel/lodging construction industry specializing in developing and implementing the technical requirements of the projects and assuring the quality of the contract documents.
To help our clients achieve their project goals Anwar employs a hands-on project approach by working closely with the entire design team, including the client. He assures that the construction documents are produced in a maner that addresses the critical construction issues of the project. Mr. Iqbal leads and directs the entire design team amd assumes responsibility for the results of the construction documents.
As principal-in-charge of hotel/lodging contract documents and construction administration, Anwar has the demonstrated expertise, background and leadership qualities required to orchestrate the diverse group of architects, designers, engineers, code officials and contractors.
